Long ago, there lived an evil being who reigned over the world through fear, called Satan Rchimedes.
He invaded the human world with his many demon underlings, spreading madness and chaos everywhere. One
thousand years ago, this menace was sealed by the hero Creation, and peace returned to the
world.
Then, one day, a great hole suddenly appeared on the surface of the world, and a vast number of demons
appeared. The king discerned that the menace Satan had returned after being sealed away for a thousand
years, and decided to send the hero's descendants to battle him. He found 75 men. As one thousand
years had passed, you see, it was difficult to tell who the hero's descendants were.
So the king declared that he would grant the title of "true hero" and great fortune to the one who
defeated Satan, and ordered the new hero, Alba, and his warrior attendant, Ross, on a quest to bring
down the evil Satan.
Though he struggles with lesser monsters and is even nearly killed by his partner Ross, Alba's quest
to polish his fighting skills leads him to new places and new meetings that he had never expected.
Battles, laughter, and emotional moments enhance this adventure tale of an incompetent hero and a
sadistic warrior!

This is one of my favorite comedy shows! Don't expect it to be a goat, but trust me, it's good! I have gotten several friends to watch it. My twin an I binged the whole thing in 3 sittings. After 8 episodes, I had to take a break because the jokes were so rapid-fire they were starting to loose impact. As far as a problems go, that's a pretty good one to have. img(https://i.pinimg.com/originals/7e/56/67/7e5667863f16ec32724dd115ce035785.gif) I am a big fantasy fan and a big anime fan (not fat, just enthusiastic) so I know all the tropes. This show takes those tropes and circumvents every one in random and hilarious ways. The comedy is really spontaneous and it's jokes are on the nose. #Shows I would compare it to are: - Nichijiou - Saiki K - Haven't You Heard? I'm Sakamoto - Konosuba - Gintama --- Time for review stuff: #How's the Plot? The demon king sent his army to invade the world so the young prince is sent as the chosen hero to defeat the demon king. All true, but every noun and verb in that sentence is a misrepresentation of the truth. img(https://imgs.search.brave.com/NHpdQ5xngJgfg80rqtob-nDDsJGBfBfgCcUv4Le8EYk/rs:fit:500:0:0/g:ce/aHR0cHM6Ly9zdGF0/aWMud2lraWEubm9j/b29raWUubmV0L3Nl/bnl1L2ltYWdlcy85/LzlkL1Nlbnl1dXV1/LnBuZy9yZXZpc2lv/bi9sYXRlc3Qvc2Nh/bGUtdG8td2lkdGgt/ZG93bi82NzA_Y2I9/MjAxNTA1MTcwODM0/MTY.jpeg) (This photo does not accurately represent the cast) #How Are the Characters? The cast is diverse to say the least! From wannabe knights and back-stabbing squires to loli demons and monsters out of a 5-year-old's coloring book. Overused stereotypes? Of course! That's what we're here for! For real though, this show leans heavily into every trope and every trope circumvention but it just works. It also has fantastic pacing, as long as you aren't binging toooo much of it. #Who is Best Girl? I only have eyes for you, Ross. img(https://i.pinimg.com/originals/5b/b0/39/5bb0390e99158152b8e35648b323c94b.gif) For real though, he might not even be my favorite character in the cast. There is a certain fellow that it introduced much later on that has a gimmick that gets me any time. ~~-I would never go through with getting a tattoo like that when I am young, but maybe when I am-~~ NEVERMIND THAT! #Worst Part of the Show The ending song. If you don't care, move on, but it's a full minute and a half and isn't even good! I don't normally skip ending songs, but the only reason not to skip this one is if the remote is too far away. I feel like the play here would be to choose a random song like the ED for Jojo's Golden Wind. (if you know, you know) A song like that wouldn't fit this show, but this show needs something that element of "why is this here", in a funny way. #Final Thoughts This is a show that pulls it's punches. By far not the funniest show, but I personally enjoyed it a ton! It is random. Really random. And it channels that force of chaos into distilled comedy. Here are the resume of someone who likes this show: 1. Is a big fantasy fan. Knows the tropes and anti-tropes 2. Thinks random stuff can be funny at times 3. Has seen enough anime not to be put off by some anime-ness (not sure how else to say it) If that describes you, then add it to your to watch list! Or watch the first 3 episodes over your next lunch break! They are super short! Anyway, thanks for reading! PS: don't skip the opening narration. Trust
